2-04 Engage, Evangelize, and Empower Parking Lot Parents

Though they provide transportation to religious education classes or events, Parking Lot Parents prefer to entrust the faith formation of their children to the parish. Often these moms and pops were deprived formative instruction in the fundamentals of the faith, forgot it, or never understood it. How can we educators engage, evangelize and empower parents to be competent, confident spiritual leaders in their homes? This session will offer concrete suggestions and resources.
