2-04 Four Tools to Empower Parents as Ministers to their Children
John Rinaldo, DMin
Admit it. You've said the following statement: "Parents are the primary educators of the faith." This is true. And you've probably also said: "Ugh, parents!!!" Parents are key to successful formation efforts in your ministry, yet finding successful ways to work with them is more art than science when it comes to Catholic ministry. In this workshop, we'll explore four tools to help empower parents to take more of a lead in passing on the Catholic faith to their children.
Dr. John M. Rinaldo is currently the Pastoral Associate for Adult Faith Formation at St. Thomas More Catholic Community in the Diocese of Las Vegas. John earned his Doctor of Ministry (D.
