3-02 Future Skills for Future Leaders

Even before the pandemic, there was a growing sense among youth ministers that things were changing. Things that worked in the past didn’t seem to be working now and the future seemed beyond the horizon. Emerging into a new time, a new approach and new skills are required. This workshop will provide reflections on the path forward and the skills needed for the future.

Robert Feduccia is an inspirational and sought-after speaker and ministry leader. One of the founders of the One Bread, One Cup youth conference at St. Meinrad, from where he has a bachelor’s and a master’s in theological study. A gifted presenter on youth and family ministry, Robert’s speaking ministry is focused on the healing power of Christ. Robert is the vice-president of Equipping the Saints (EQSaints), a division of Declan Weir Productions, Inc. EQSaints seeks to empower parishes, small groups, and families with skills needed for ministry. He lives with his wife and four children in the Nashville, Tennessee, area.
