Rough. That's how the last 2 years were. But let's think. How many of us already felt burnt out even BEFORE the pandemic turned us into Zoom zombies? God asks a lot of us, and we are MORE THAN WILLING to answer that call, often at the expense of our own health, sanity, and rest. Bills. Babies. Bumble. All sources of stress, sure. But our ministry work and our faith lives are supposed to be LIFE-GIVING & steadfast, and strengthen us to weather the storm; not add to it. Sometimes, we need to take a deep breath, stand still, pray, and give new birth to our motivation, our open-heartedness, and our spiritual self-care. Chris will explore these ideas with real-life practicality, stories of strength, and powerful music.
