6-08 Drinking Deeply from Living Water: Cultivating a Culture of Mentorship

Early in ministry, young adults face overwhelming challenges as they establish their identity as leaders, navigate the dynamics of work/life balance and nurture their own spiritual lives. Over time their zeal may fade as their wells run dry. This practical workshop will draw upon the Church’s own origins to help participants embody the qualities mentors need to develop young integrated ministry leaders and to accompany young adults in the faith.
