After serving in the Chicago area for 25 years as a parish and diocesan catechetical director, Tom’s passion for evangelization and pastoral renewal brought him to his current role in 2019. He works with staffs and leadership structures of the 24 parishes in the Des Moines Region to assist them in reaching their potential for vitality and pastoral impact. Tom is a well-regarded national presenter and the author of recent books on the Eucharist and effective catechetical practices.
Paulette has served in faith formation ministry for 35 years. She earned her BAin Theology from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, and her MA inSystematic Theology from the University of Notre Dame. While in parish ministry,Paulette has also served as consultant for diocesan initiatives, publishers, andan ecumenical resource center; has written curriculum, provided training and mentorship for ministry leaders, and taught college courses. She and her husband, Tom Chapman, have three children.
