Our promotional guide will help parishes, dioceses, and organizations promote the 2022 Los Angeles Religious Education Congress within their communities.
As a reminder, the Adult Days of RECongress are open to all people over the age of 18 - not just catechists or those in professional ministry.
Youth Day is only open to those in High School.We encourage you to customize information in this packet so that it meets the needs of your community.

Social Media
Use your community's social media pages as a platform to promote participation in the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress.
- Make sure that your community following RECongress on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Find us @lacongress across all social media platforms.
- Invite others from your community to "like" the official RECongress social media pages.
- Temporarily change your community's social media cover image to the one shown below.
- Regularly share RECongress social media posts to your community's page.
- When mentioning the event, make sure to use #RECongress in all your posts.

- Add a Call To Action (CTA) button on your website that links directly to the RECongress website: recongress.org. We suggest using the one below.
- Consider providing a written or video testimonial from a community stakeholder who has previously attended the event.
- Include information specific to your community's RECongress traditions, such as: hospitality room location, communal gathering information, or preferred attendance at specific liturgies or sessions.

Join [NAME OF YOUR COMMUNITY] in participating in the 2022 Los Angeles Religious Education Congress! Participate virtually or in-person, March 17-20. RECongress provides opportunities for professional development, prayer, resource sharing, and networking. Expert speakers in the field of catechesis and evangelization offer dozens of workshops in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Participate in an opening session, Liturgies, entertainment, Sacred Space, an art exhibit, filmshowcase, and the exhibit hall. In-Person registration is $75 for the Adult Days and $35 for Youth Day. Register online or by mail before March 10th. Virtual participation is $35 for both Youth Day and Adult Day content. Register before March 31st and receive access to the event platform until May 17th.
