Registration can be completed by mail or online.
There is a preference for online registration as it provides a more seamless experience.
Registering Online:
You may pay online with a debit or credit card with the Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo.
When registering online, please do NOT use accented characters for the spelling of first and last names. The registration system will not recognize it and your registration will not be complete.
Example: José, should be Jose (no accent mark on the e) or D’Agostino, should be DAgostino (without the Apostrophe)
Incomplete registration and attempted registrations without payment will be canceled immediately. You will have to re-enter your information and make a payment to complete the registration.
Registering by Mail:
If registering by mail, use the form found on the back page of the Registration Guidebook.
If you would like a Registration Guidebook mailed to you, please email your full name and mailing address to the RECongress email address at: [email protected].
The last day to register by mail is January 30, 2025.

On-site registration is available for the Adult Days during the event. The Registration Area will be located in the Pre-Function lobby outside of Hall B.
Registering On-Site:
Adult Days ONSITE Registration will be available:- Thursday, February 20 | 4:00pm - 8:00pm
- Friday, February 21 | 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Saturday, February 22 | 7:30am - 3:00pm
- Sunday, February 23 | 8:00am - 11:00am

Name Badges: Name badges will not be mailed out prior to the event, instead they will be printed onsite at the Registration Area located outside of Hall B. Please print out your QR code Confirmation or save the Confirmation on your mobile device and bring that with you to scan and print your name badge containing your workshop selections on the reverse side of the badge.
TICKETS WILL NO LONGER BE MAILED OR USES FOR THE EVENT. YOUR NAME BADGE WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO YOUR ASSIGNED WORKSHOPS.
You must wear your name badge at all times during the event.
Each person who attends RECongress must register individually and have a printed name badge.

Special registration discount pricing of $80 per person is available through February 1, 2025, at which time regular registration pricing of $90 will be in effect.
For this rate, you will get access to all that our event has to offer - the keynote address, exhibit hall, workshops, liturgies, Sacred Space, and so much more!
We encourage participation from all adults 18-years of age and older, who are interested in growing in their faith. We welcome single and married adults, religious, clergy, consecrated women and men, teachers, catechists, heads of ministry, and the lay faithful - all are welcome, regardless of their vocation.
